the arrangement here is good for winters. Most of the hotels in skardu areas are closed during winters. This hotel also had hot water and heating. and their room rates were also reasonable and the market is also close by, so you can choose this hotel during your trips.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience when exploring Skardu town; however, the owner here was so caring. He helped me book a bus to Gilgit and took me to his another hostel which has a terrace with a stunning view. Hot shower worked. Highly recommended

This hotel is an old property, but in a Amazing location in the middle of Skardu... the staff is very courteous and always there to help. Had a meal at their Pakistan and local balti restaurant, the food was excellent.

I love their food served in Pakistan Chinese Balti local restaurant . I feel so happy to see this property well maintained and standing still till the date which shows the dedication of the management in maintaining the property so well. I stayed 6 nights at Dewan-e-Khas and had a great experience. The hotel is well located, away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything in Skardu. The place is clean and well maintained. The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, honest, and always ready to help with anything you need. There’s also a good restaurant on-site, which is super convenient. It’s also excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Skardu!

I have stayed at Dewan Khas Hotel twice. And came back again in December. It is in a very quiet place within the city. I have stayed in this hotel many times, especially in winters they have a great heating system, as most hotels in Skardu have no heating facility. I highly recommend ayub khan staf and his local Balti food and Balti prapro baly.
