Perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to Sapa. Will recommend it to my friends.
Pros:

Even though it is a budget hotel, you can say they are giving the best quality of service for their guests. They allowed us early checkin. The room and the view are clean and really nice. The location is also perfect if you want to roam around Sapa Center. One more highlight is their breakfast-it is really great and perfect. Upon checkout, uncle also gave us biscuits and water.

Kind and considerate staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was well maintained and I felt at home from the moment I arrived.

What really made this hotel special was the kindness of the reception staff. They were incredibly welcoming and always checked in to see how I was doing. Every morning they would ask if I had eaten breakfast and whether I needed anything. Breakfast had a good selection as well and a nice place to sit. No request was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help.

The level of care and hospitality was exceptional. Even after I had checked out, my sleeper bus was not until the evening. The staff kindly allowed me to come back later and have a shower before my journey. No hotel has ever done that for me before and I was genuinely touched by their kindness and generosity.

Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sapa.

Great value and I felt very welcome to stay there
Pros:

The hotel owner treated me like his best friend The service was fantastic
They had a large group staying the first night so the owner put me up in in a five star hotel next door so I wouldn't be distributed
The owner booked my return trip to my next destination
I would stay there again
