Pros:

Nous avons passé deux nuits au Sapa King Hotel.
Chambre simple, très bon emplacement, proche de l'Eglise.
Mais un accueil chaleureux, toujours avec le sourire, très bon petit déjeuner. Merci particulièrement à Dao qui était aux petits soins pour nous, du matin au soir, afin de répondre à chacune de nos attentes, et qui a su rendre notre séjour bien plus agréable que la météo capricieuse ! Je recommande

Pros:

Très bon accueil, logement propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner, le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins, la chambre était spacieuse, belle literie, douche au top avec pression et eau chaude (un vrai bonheur), 4 bouteilles d'eau offertes. On nous a gardé les bagage volontiers et on nous a même offert un petit goûter à emporter pour le voyage.

Cons:

Un peu frais mais en meme temps a Sapa c'est normal et pas mal de bruit le soir car à côté d'un endroit festif (mais à leur décharge nous étions au lit à 21h comme des petites vieilles)

Pros:

Der Hotelmanager hat mir die Zug- und Bustickets nach Laos zusammengestellt. Da mir der Eintritt nach Laos, aufgrund meines fehlenden Visum verweigert wurde, hat er mir einen Teil des Geldes in ein anderes Hotel überwiesen.

Perfekter Service!

Super Sicht in die Berge.

Объект хороший по расположению и планировкам, но требует ремонта и пересмотра политики его дальнейшего обслуживания.
Pros:

Удачное расположение, хороший вид из окна, приветливый хозяин, удобная кровать с чистым бельём.

Cons:

Номера очень запущенные, вся инженерия работает кое как, грязно, особенно не стерильно в сан узле.
Душевой отсек не имеет ограждения, вода из душевой лейки заливается в ёмкости с шампунем и кассету с туалетной бумагой, пол постоянно мокрый, пои этом не выдаются полотенца ни для пола, ни доя ног. Какого либо уборочного инвентаря тоже нет.

Top service, lokatie. Prijs dik in orde
Pros:

Geweldige eigenaren en top lokatie.
Alle hulp die je nodig hebt, krijg je. Advies of wat dan ook, altijd via hun doen! Als wij terug komen in Sapa, altijd hier zouden verblijven.

Cons:

Badkamer wellicht iets verouderd, maar schoon en groot.

Our 3 night stay was very good and we had a good night sleep after a tiring day tours.
Pros:

I like the location, it was in the center of Sapa, the shops and restaurants are just in the vicinity.
The owner, Mr Dao was very accommodating and very polite, and the breakfast was very good also. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay for our 3 night stay with my family. When we checked out early in the morning, I was surprised that Mr Dao had even a sandwich for each of us, that was so kind of him.
Thank you very much Mr Dao.
