Pros:

Absolute gem of a hotel! I assume it’s new cause it felt so. Exceptionally clean, wonderful hosts (helped me with so many things and even gifted an iPhone charger), great location. I wish I could stay longer, next time I’m in Muine I’m staying there 100%

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff — definitely 5 out of 5!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a great location, and the entire property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, caring, and always ready to help.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect during our stay.

Exceptional stay with super helpful staff, I will definitely book again next time!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Special thanks to the morning male receptionist and the afternoon female receptionist, I dont speak much English:), but they were so patient, spoke slowly, and used google translate to help me. Excellent service!

Giá cả hợp lý, nhân viên thân thiện và chăm sóc khách tận tình, bạn Nghĩa hỗ trợ tốt, nhanh. 10đ ạ. Tiện nghi vừa phải. Ổn định.

Cons:

Góp ý: nước tắm vòi sen hơi yếu, nước nóng lạnh lúc có lúc không. Chỉ là góp ý chứ không phải không thích ạ. Tại vì nhiều lúc do tình hình nước tại địa phương ạ.
