We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The facilities were always clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
What truly made our experience special was Alan. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He always made sure we were comfortable, answered all of our questions, and helped us with anything we needed.
He also gave us great recommendations, helped us organize activities, and even took some of the best photos of our trip. His dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
Alan went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, and we are very grateful for all his help. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Alan, for making our trip even more memorable!
Местоположение хорошее) был балкон в номере ) в целом нормальное место, особенно за свои деньги. Дверь только в туалет не закрывалась( отель думаю не новый , но сделали косметический ремонт и мебель поставили новую
Cheap, good location, fine for a night.
Air conditioning didn’t work which meant the room was really hot to sleep in - if this wasn’t an issue it would be a completely fine hotel for a night or two. Ants in the room :/

Nói chung là phòng đẹp, ban công các thứ rất ok
Nhân viên lễ tân nữ. Mình thuê 2phòng cho mình và bạn mình. Mình ở tầng trên, bạn mình ở tầng dưới. Lên phòng là mình nt zalo với khách sạn xin qr mình ck 2 phòng. Vậy mà lúc bạn mình check out về trước nhân viên lễ tân không nói cho bạn mình biết mình đã thanh toán rồi hay sao mà để bạn mình ck thêm lần nữa. Và mình sẽ không hề biết điều này cho đến khi đi ăn bạn mình nói ra. Ủa vậy nếu bạn mình không nói thì mình mất luôn tiền phòng đó hả ?? Rồi mình gặp nhân viên lễ tân nam trình bày lại. Và bạn ây giải quyết cho mình. Lúc đó mình kêu có gì tí check out rồi tính luôn, vì mình thuê thêm 3 tiếng nữa. Tới chiều lúc trả phòng mình gặp bạn nv nữ ban đầu, mình lại phải nhắc chuyện tiền với nhân viên nữ, không nhắc chắc lại im luôn :))) Thấy bạn âyz cung khó chịu với mình, chịu luôn. Mong chủ đọc dc
The staff on arrival were friendly. It was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was the bare minimum you expect at any hotel.
They charged us for a 'dirty' towel. This towel was only used within the room and only to dry my body after showering.
They claimed that marks of dirt were excessive, and tried to claim maybe we had stained them by using them as serviettes whilst eating mango. We did not consume any fruit within the room so we initially refused to pay the 200,000VND. Not a lot in dollars or euros but unjust, and it felt like they were just trying hustle us for an extra couple of bucks.
After disputing their allegations we gave them 100,000VND to avoid any extra hassle and so that we could get on our way. Everything else had been acceptable until this point. However after this, we left with a sour taste in our mouth and will look for somewhere else next time we visit Mui Ne.
