Location was ideal for access to all amenities and services.
Staff friendly and cooperative.
The property would look 100% better if the grounds in front were nicely maintained. Even just mowing the huge lawn at the front would make such a difference to the outlook of the hotel. Add maybe some flower beds etc.
Breakfast was OK but not the best I’ve experienced.

I recently spent a week at Homestead Seaview Phu Quoc and it was truly a dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the incredible staff, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay special. They genuinely go above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of.
The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beautiful Long Beach, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We were particularly impressed by the rooftop breakfast; the variety of local and international dishes was fantastic, and enjoying them with the panoramic sea views was the perfect way to start each day.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Whether you are lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool or relaxing in the comfort of your room, everything is designed for your relaxation. The attention to detail, from the room cleanliness to the thoughtful service, really sets this place apart.
If you are looking for a place in Phu Quoc that offers great value, a prime location, and top-tier hospitality, I highly recommend Homestead Seaview. We will definitely be back!
HE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.
I HAD TO GO TO THE AIRPORT EARLY AND FORGOT MY WALLET IN MY ROOM.
THEY CAME TO THE AIRPORT AND RETURNED IT TO ME WITHOUT TAKING MY TIP.
THEIR ATTITUDE SURPRISED ME.
베트남의 3성급 호텔에 큰 기대는 하지 않았습니다.
하지만 이 호텔은 제 기대를 훨씬 뛰어넘었습니다.
특히 탁 트인 바다 전망을 자랑하는 야외 수영장과 뷔페는 정말 훌륭했습니다.
꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
