Great location in Hanoi old quarter near everything you need! Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Check in and out was easy :)
The pictures posted seemed a bit old, the room looked like it needed a lot of repairs. But a cheap price !

The humidity in the room was a little higher than I expected, but nothing terrible.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. I was contacted by the owner/manager before I arrived to confirm my booking before arriving. Check in/out was very easy. The room was very comfortable and quite large for one person. It had good internet and Netflix. I slept very well in the beds. Shower pressure was great with hot water. Location was great with a short walk to the lake and beer street.
No fault of the hotels, but you may want to wear earplugs at night as the horns of the motorcycles/cars start early.
Hotel location, room condition glare great
Hard to find because no signboard, the way to room must walk pass through massage shop and use stairs.. hotel inside massage shop. No elevator to level 4 meanwhile my sister is pregnant and my mom 70 years old its little bit challenging...
Perfect location, clean rooms, easy contact with host via WhatsApp.
Check in instructions were slightly confusing but the host was available for help at all times.

Busy streets of Hanoi, but not a problem to us. Less noisy after 11pm
Place was clean but I was given the reason for a late check in 4hrs later that the air con unit was broken, however I believe it was because the room hadn’t been cleaned as I seen the cleaner at the property about the time I was advised I could get into the room, which I then had to wait a further 20 minutes. Wasn’t offered any discount or anything just an apology , due to waiting that long I wanted to book extra but then was told sorry it’s now booked so i had to move again the next day
Shower itself wasn’t hot/ warm for longer than a. Few minutes and also couldn’t change the air con itself
Horrible property. It’s not even a hotel. It is not what you see in the listing.
The property was terrible. They don’t own Floor 1 and all through our stay there was construction work and the use of power tools. Couldn’t sleep at all. Called Booking.com and they said they can’t do anything about it (be aware of this!). luckily, the hotel had another property one km away and relocated us after much fighting. they also reimbursed us one night’s fee. The manager at their other property, Mint, was really helpful and full points to her.
No proper cleaning. there is no staff, no reception, nobody you can connect with on the property for anything. It’s just not a hotel at all…just random rooms with no staff on site.
Aircon was strong, bed was comfy, water pressure was strong, WiFi works great.
Room was bright from natural lighting. Ceiling lights was bright when on too!
Bed was slightly close to the wall, so you might hit your knees sometimes
TV hung too high up the wall.
good location, though there was a lot of building work going on
owner did not provide instructions to enter the property despite multiple requests. Finally passed these along at the last minute when I was no longer able to receive them. There is no way to switch off the balcony light which shines right onto the bed. Good luck sleeping through that. Despite claims of cable/Sat channels and video, there’s none of that, but it sounds desirable so why not just add it to the list anyway.
No effort by the owner to configure a sensible accommodation, typical box-ticking, and when they couldn’t tick the box on services provided, they just ticked it anyway
