Rapport qualité prix très bonne ! Le personnel était présent pour me donner les clés de ma chambre alors que j’arrivais à 01h00. Très bien placé, proche du centre ville, du marché le soir et de la gare routière. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
All was good, the only thing is that is very cold if you are not inside the bed with the warm mattress but that's very nice. But room was huge, toilet was also good and everyday they changed the towels and gave your water, location is great with nice view of the town. We rented a bike there, was all right as well. Also laundry was very fast, no complaints

It was very cold in sapa. The homestay charges an extra £1 a night for warm AC. Well worth it! Heated bed blanket too. Clean bathroom. Fair price
We sat a rat in the kitchen. Didn't eat here.
It was affordable. The room was spacious. Central location, but further away from traffic noise. Electric bed heaters.
The bathroom was soaking wet when we arrived. I cannot get used to the lack of shower cabin/curtain. The room looked more dated than in the pics.
I'm not sure the bed linen we got hadn't been used by someone else.
It was ok for a night for the price as the bed with heated blanket was comfortable, the shower hot and it was just far enough from the busy city centre to be quiet.
I like natural light and fresh air and the room lacked both.

Das warme Wasser reichte nicht für Haarewaschen (warm)
Es hat nach Urin gestucken wenn man im Bett lag, dies kam nicht aus dem Badezimmer.
Man ist zwar sehr nahe am Zentrum aber es ist extrem laut, wegen Partys beim Hotel und im Zentrum. Den Verkehr hört man ebenfalls sehr gut.
Preisleistung war nicht zufriedenstellend.

Có nhiều quy định hơi vô lí như dùng điều hoà phải mất thêm tiền , mình có mua ít dưa mèo ở chợ đêm nhưng cũng k đc ă trong phòng mà phải mang ra bàn bên ngoài để ăn , cũng hơi bất tiện

The room has a beautiful view but when you go to the hotel you have to climb a hill. The bed are hard but ok for one night.
During the check in process the receptionist hardly looked at me, after one night bus from Hanoi i would expect a better welcome. I went down at night to smoke a cigarett outside and I saw a rat passing by the reception.
The staff was very friendly and helpful – always ready to assist, and it was easy to communicate and make arrangements with them.
Towels were changed daily, we received a free bottle of water every day, and the bed linen was changed every two days.
The location is a bit outside the city center, but still easily accessible by foot, motorbike, or car.
A very pleasant stay and excellent service! :)
