I chose the hotel to be closer to my family for ease of transport.It's in a good location with Lotte
Pros:

We were expecting aa buffet breakfast but there were no buffet , the waitress just informed as of 3 choices or 2 some days and served us. Coffee was cold and and staff informed that she had not turn it on.
The deal when I booked include transport to airport but when we organize this we were told the service terminated. No explanation ,no reimbursement.

Cons:

It would be better if the advertising is the same as what we are getting. The reception staff were not attentive and the hotel was not ans it was on the photos.

i can stay regularly .if we get vegeterian breakfast.
Pros:

we dont have any BREAKFAST .
because you dont have any thing for vegeterian like bread,frute,etc

Nice place though!
Pros:

They promptly complied with what we need in the room. It’s a simple accommodation but it’s very nice to stay, clean & good smell sheets towels and friendly staff. Maybe improve a bit to breakfast menu
