A beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service
Pros:

Hotel De Reve in Galata exceeded our expectations. The room was absolutely beautiful, stylish and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location—we would happily stay here again!

Cons:

The only small thing I didn’t like was that no hair conditioner was provided. It would be a nice addition to the bathroom amenities.

I would come back!
Pros:

Location was great: close to turistic spots, behing Port Galata, easy public transportation.
It was clean, confortable, staff very gentle. The view of the roof top restaurant is amazing!

Cons:

The street is a little bit noisy at night. But that should be a problem for the others hotels in tha same street such as The Peninsula, Novotel, etc.

Okay stay, with breakfast views and great location.
Pros:

Location was close to the ferry and trams. As well as some good restaurants.
Breakfast was okay, nice to have a good view in the morning, the breakfast staff were very helpful.
The tv was great with good selection of streaming.
Water bottles supplied from cleaner.

Cons:

Bad odour coming from the bathroom.
Does not completely feel like a 5 Star hotel stay.
Noise from the street.

Parfaitement situé et merveilleux petit-déjeuner en roof top avec vue incroyable

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre 101 au 1er étage. Sans que ce soit dramatique, nous avons donc profité du bruit du pub au rez de chaussée et globalement de celui lié a l’animation du quartier. Étant la 6 nuits, nous aurions apprécié une chambre en étage plus haut et plus tranquille.

- La ventilation dans la salle de bain qui faisait un bruit infernal.
- Pas d’eau chaude voir tiède
- Couette du lit pas assez large
- Coupure d’électricité
- Les remontées d’égouts odeurs désagréables
- La bouteille offerte qui n’était pas en chambre à notre arrivée
