Big credit to Reception guys mostly all of them. They are the sweetest people.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff are amazing many thanks to Dogan & Veysi. Most friendliest and sweetest stuff they deserve a big bonus for them.

Cons:

Room 604 was not my favorite at all

Pros:

Хороший персонал, хорошо убираются в номерах, хорошая звукоизоляция с улицы

Cons:

Вроде 4 звезды, но за неделю не было зубных щёток и пасты, не было халатов, только 1 раз положили ушные палочки, в конце отпуска сказали, что вода в номере была платная, это ужас, максимум 3 звезды.
Всё в комнате уже уставшее, дверь в туалет скрипела, вода в туалете набирается около 40 минут, кондиционер постоянно щелкал (бал сломан компоессор или вентилятор), дверь в душевую текла, завтрак был очень не вкусный и однообразный.

Ein unvergessliches Geschenk in einer traumhaft designten Suite mit herausragendem Service
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Partner, und unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Wir hatten die Senior Suite im ersten Stock mit direktem Blick auf die pulsierende İstiklâl Caddesi gebucht. Es war traumhaft, am großen Fenster zu sitzen und das lebendige Treiben der Stadt unter uns zu beobachten. Das absolute Highlight: Obwohl das Hotel an einer extrem belebten Straße liegt, hört man im Zimmer dank der verbauten Doppelfenster absolut nichts vom Lärm. Einfach Wahnsinn!

Das Hotel ist architektonisch und designtechnisch durchdacht, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Zahlreiche Bars und Clubs liegen in direkter Fußreichweite, und auch das Meer ist bei einem Spaziergang schnell erreicht.

Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem herausragenden Service. Das gesamte Personal war überaus aufmerksam. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an den Manager Veysi Eyüp, der jederzeit unglaublich zuvorkommend war und den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Wir buchen definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt. Besonders die hervorragende Schallisolierung der Fenster sorgt für absolute Ruhe mitten im belebten Zentrum.

Good stay but I expected better for a 4 star.
Pros:

The design of the room was really nice, great location, nice breakfast even though they lacked vegan options which was a bit disappointing for my partner and the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet had black mould/dirt build up in the corners of the flooring which hasn't been cleaned for years, it was quite disgusting.

Pros:

A Localização central permite fazer muitas coisas a pé. Atendimento muito bom e café da manhã com bastante opções principalmente as tradicionais turcas.

Cons:

O quarto que ficamos é confortável, mas muito escuro, com iluminação aconchegante porém nada prática.
