Wir waren schon in verschiedenen Hotels in Istanbul und wenn wir wieder nach Istanbul reisen würde ich definitiv wieder ins The Public! Die Better waren bequem, die Lage ist super, es ist sauber und alle sind nett und hilfsbereit!
Klar es war etwas hellhörig, aber das ist glaube jch normal in Istanbul…

Wir haben uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Istanbul für das The Public Hotel entschieden und ehrlich gesagt eine Erfahrung gemacht, die unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen hat. Wir haben im King Room übernachtet und sowohl der Komfort als auch die Sauberkeit und die gesamte Atmosphäre des Zimmers waren auf höchstem Niveau.

Was diesen Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich unvergesslich gemacht hat, war ganz klar Veysi. Seine Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit sind außergewöhnlich. Er hat sich von Anfang bis Ende persönlich um uns gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns jederzeit besonders und willkommen gefühlt haben.

Man merkt sofort, dass Veysi mit seiner Einstellung, seinem Engagement und seiner Art im Umgang mit Gästen in Zukunft ganz sicher noch viel weiter kommen wird. Es ist wirklich selten, auf so einen Menschen zu treffen – und wir können uns glücklich schätzen, ihn kennengelernt zu haben.

Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber hier kann ich ohne zu zögern sagen: Das ist nicht nur eines der besten, sondern das Beste. Jeder, der in Istanbul eine Unterkunft sucht, sollte sich ohne Nachdenken für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Ein großes Dankeschön nochmals an Veysi – solche Mitarbeiter machen den entscheidenden Unterschied und bringen ein Hotel auf ein ganz anderes Niveau.

Our stay at Public Hotel was made excellent by its location, right in the heart of Taksim Square, but above all by the cleanliness and order of the hotel. The staff were outstanding and very polite, especially Dogan and Isuf. I would gladly return to this hotel.

Το ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή θέση , στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο, Istiklal, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, τα δωμάτια μοντέρνα, άνετα, καθαρά με πολλές παροχές και το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και με πολλά τοπικά προϊόντα. Αν ξαναπάω στην Κωνσταντινούπολη σίγουρο σε αυτό θα πάω.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξαιρετική, καθώς αυτό βρίσκεται στον κεντρικότερο δρόμο της Κωνσταντινούπολης, την Istiklal. Άψογη επίσης ήταν και η καθαριότητα, ενώ το προσωπικό απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο, καθώς παρείχε πολλές επιλογές για μικρούς και μεγάλους.

Ремонт в номере хоть и не свежий, но хороший, шумоизоляция тоже хорошая
Смущало отсутствие горячей воды в душе, такое происходило часто, обычно по утрам и иногда вечером, в Марте это неприятное испытание
Завтрак 6/10: выбор большой, но по факту не очень, сок из автомата отвратительный.
