Beliggenheden er fantastisk - du er en stenkast væk fra de historiske monumenter i byen. Derudover var personalet meget hjælpsom.
Det er en 5 stjernet hotel, men har nu set bedre hoteller i den klasse! Derudover virker AC elendigt - du koger i værelset og kan simpelthen ikke sove grundet varmen!!
Staff very polite & excellent in hospitality. As I don't speak turkish, staff either knew some words in english,or 1 staff was fluent in english. We communicated well & i enjoyed my stay. Centrally located. It's a lovely area & can really immerse yourself in the turkish culture.
Had a small fright when the lift doors were not opening. But got myself to floor where they opened. Honestly they were very quick to fix the lift & all was well.it showed they really do their best to maintain the hotel

Nothing much to grumble about. Do not expect the indoor pool to be warm!
Perfect location.
We had to ask for pillows at the front desk. My son couldn't use the pool because they told me it wasn't for women, so I couldn't get in. To use the sauna, they told him he had to be accompanied by his father. I understand it's their culture, but they should specify this in Booking. They don't have many options for breakfast, and they're so crowded that they run out of food.
Great location
The amenities didn’t reflect what I expected. Not sure if it was related to the season but I ended up using other facilities for touristic activities. Check what you’d like before booking this hotel. The rooftop could have been better. No sitting area. We couldn’t enjoy the rooftop that I was excited. Instead we explored other options in the area.
They have central aircon system which we couldn't control hence room was boiling. Couldn't sleep till morning. They need aircon in every single room.
Staff is amazing. Location is really good too. They have best breakfast choices I have ever seen.
