The location was very good close to downtown, Rlrestaurants, bar next door The young woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and very much appreciated.
The shower was great good pressure and nice hot water.
The hotel is dated and needs a good updating. Our mattress was a bit hard and the pillow was not that comfortable either. The comforter was good though.

Хороший отель, практически в центре города. За отелем есть парковка, но она не отеля, несмотря на это там мало машин.
Номер не новый, но в хорошем состоянии. Есть лифт, завтрак с хорошим видом на 6-ом этаже, выдают набор и омлет, сытный.
Некоторые номера выходят на дорогу, может быть шумно.

nic hotel for one night stand, 30 min to railway stadion, a lot of shops ona the street and food. breakfast fantastic!
The staff doesn't speak English at all, but are very friendly and doing their best to help, besides that it is very good value for money.

Our room (404) had a horrible ergonomics wrt to the desk. The supplied chair is so high that one cannot put ones legs under the desk whilst sitting in the chair.
Also, the bed is so large in relation of the room that there is insufficient space for the desk and its chair.
Everything was great. Breakfasts very good, prepared on site, large portions so you could eat. Staff very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel and next time I come to Sivas I will definitely choose this hotel.
