Excellent stay, even better people.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff, especially Burak and Cetin were incredibly helpful. They were offering us assistance as my parents were not well and struggling with mobility. They went out of their way and I'm earnestly grateful for this. Lovely hotel, lovely people. Would recommend 100%

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Auch das Hotel selber hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr umsichtig und freundlich - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Dafür, dass man mitten im Geschehen ist, muss man nachts mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse leben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, doch wenn man länger als drei Tage bleibt, wäre ein wenig mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden.

L'hotel è situato in un punto strategico di Sultanahmet: nel cuore di una strada con tanti locali e anche vicino a varie attrazioni turistiche che si possono raggiungere a piedi, come S. Sofia, Basilica Cisterna e Moschea blu. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'Hotel, abbiamo mangiato bene, servizio come sempre rapido e cortese e in più segnalo che ai clienti dell'hotel viene applicato uno sconto del 15% sul menu. Il personale dell'Hotel è stato gentilissimo, sempre solerte e attento alle esigenze dei clienti, a mio parere rappresentano il valore aggiunto di questo Hotel!



The hotel is strategically located in Sultanahmet: right in the heart of a street lined with various establishments and within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, and the Blue Mosque. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the food; the service was—as always—prompt and courteous, and it is worth noting that hotel guests receive a 15% discount on the menu. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, always attentive and responsive to guests' needs; in my opinion, they are the hotel's greatest asset!

Cons:

In linea generale è andato tutto bene, l'unico neo è che questo Hotel si trova per l'appunto all'interno di una zona turistica piena di locali, e quelli di fronte sono aperti fino a notte e mettono musica ad alto volume fino a tarda sera. Devo però evidenziare che quando lo abbiamo fatto presente la mattina dopo al personale della hall ci hanno prontamente fatto l'upgrade gratuito di camera spostandoci ad un piano più alto, per cui ringrazio ancora vivamente sia Burak che Cetin per la gentilezza e l'efficienza, a loro su 10 come voto darei 1.000 !!! Sono stati perfetti! Magari trovarli sempre dipendenti così efficienti ed empatici col cliente!



Overall, everything went well; the only downside is that the hotel is located in a tourist area packed with venues—specifically, the ones across the street stay open late and play loud music well into the evening. However, I must point out that when we mentioned this to the front desk staff the next morning, they promptly gave us a free room upgrade to a higher floor. I want to sincerely thank Burak and Cetin for their kindness and efficiency—I’d give them a score of 1,000 out of 10! They were perfect! If only all employees were this efficient and empathetic toward customers!
