Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Filthy!

I had a terrible experience at this so-called “hotel.” First, they charged me more than the amount I booked online without any explanation. When I confronted them, they gave me vague excuses and refused to refund the extra charge. This is a scam!

On top of that, the place was disgustingly dirty—stained sheets, foul-smelling rooms, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful.

Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. This place is a complete rip-off!

The room is in very bad condition, bed is broken, the room has a strong cigarette smell, WiFi don’t work and also couple time per day the lights goes off. I booked room with breakfast but the are not provided

Cons:

It is the dirtiest Hotel in have ever visited and I can’t wait to leave it.

1- the hotel is a PROSTITUTION hotel. It is not suitable for families at all, the noises at night is unacceptable at all and it is from the prostitution activities in the next rooms i have even recorded a video which proves my point.

2- the cleaning is zero, we had to change the room couple of times because of the dirty restrooms and dirty sheets and floor and everything basically.

3- The airconditioning is a decoration for the room, it doesn’t work at all.

4- the breakfast is basically one egg and a slice of cheese and two slices of cucumber and tomato, butter and gam a side. And that is it. And it is on the roof next to the dirty stuff.

5- no English at all, you have to use the translate to understand what they are saying.
6- no fridge, no coffee or tea in the rooms
7- Used condoms were found under the bed which proves the point of the zero cleaning

My whole trip to Istanbul is ruined because of this place and I can’t wait to leave.

all of the thing are so bad it is not a hotel it is just a motel the room is so dirty the elevator is beginning from the first floor and so tiny just 2 person i think can go inside this elevator the breakfast in first date of my stay is so bad after that We informed the management about this issue and become better but unfortunately is not good.

There is a bad smell of cigarettes in our room
