Comfortable beds but that's about it
Pros:

The owners are very sweet and helpful. Even with the language barrier we managed to communicate to some extent. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room we were given was not as promised in the description. We were supposed to have a Kitchen attached with a microwave. But we had space for three beds and that's about it. There was also no coffee/tea sachets provided as is customary. There is no elevator. Language is a huge barrier but that can be overcome with Google Translate. This place is ideal if you're from Vietnam, though, since it appears that a lot of the local folk seem to have reviewed it too. Ask for The Rose Room if you want the one in the picture. That's also on the top floor though so good luck if you have extra heavy luggage.
