Very friendly staff, the breakfast was made to order when there weren't too many people, and a buffet when there were more. It was okay.
Had a beautiful looking pool, but unfortunately it was overcast to enjoy it.
It was a bit out of the way, but that just gave us an opportunity to view the neighborhoods as we walked into the business areas.
The hotel and staff were great. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable.
The location was terrible and was not within walking distance of anywhere. Our arrival was not unlike driving through what I imagine would be a war zone. Sadly the breakfast was disappointing. Another minus was that once you left the room the power to everything went off so the fridge never got cool let alone cold.

The family who own the hotel was super lovely and kind. We didn’t know where to go to get an adapter and the lovely lady drove us to find one and cooked us dinner after a long day of travelling

We had a great stay at Ninh Binh Premier Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was also tasty and satisfying. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Ninh Binh!

The staffs are nice and helpful. Very clean. One of the best hospitality places we’ve been to.
AC was turned off in the morning in the hallways but not a big issue.
