A stunningly beautiful place, with helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

My daughter and I had such a wonderful week at the Jaribu Beach Hotel! I still miss it! The staff were lovely - always friendly and helpful, and ready with advice or assistance. Our room was comfortable, cool and quiet, and the place is beautiful, with an infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Watching the sunrise over the sea before tucking into an amazing breakfast was a great start to the day, and swimming in the colour-changing pool by moonlight was a magical way to end it. It's possible to walk along the beach to Paje or Jambiani, or just to a nearby beach bar or restaurant, and for longer trips there are tuktuks or taxis. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to go back.

Location right at the beach, calm relaxed and very private. Not crowded good walkable to the nearby beach towns. The way to jambiani is also accessible at night ( Paje not )

Cons:

Rooms lack proper natural ventilation, making it difficult to air them out. Breakfast was very basic, and requests for alternatives (such as anything other than white toast or pancakes) or extras (like additional vegetables or coffee) were often met with reluctance. At times, requests were simply ignored—for example, after having two small cups of coffee, a third was not brought. My husband, who doesn’t drink coffee or tea, was limited to just one glass of juice.

Despite agreeing in advance that all charges would be signed for, water ordered each morning still appeared on our final bill, which was frustrating. While the restaurant food was decent, it did not match the level or quality one would expect for the prices charged.

In the evening, it’s not possible to walk back from Padje via the beach due to high tide and the lack of a proper path. During the day, it is possible, but somewhat challenging because of the reef.

Immediately felt like family, the staff is super nice and you swim in the pool while looking at the sea
Pros:

Super nice staff, the owner helps with booking tours and planning. The rooms are nice little houses. Breakfast is also super nice and with a lot of fresh fruits. We had a great time!

Pros:

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Kleine Sonderwünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da sie zwischen den beiden großen Urlaubsregionen liegt und somit der Strand sehr ruhig ist und man nicht ständig von Händlern angesprochen wird. Der Pool ist sehr erfrischend und war sauber. Die liegen sind teils im Schatten, teils unter Palmen. Teils kann man direkt am Strand liegen

Pros:

Die Atmosphäre im Jaribu Beach Hotel ist sehr entspannt und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie helfen gerne beim Planen von Touren und bei sonstigen Fragen. Highlight ist der schöne Pool direkt oberhalb des Strandes.
Ich hatte auch eine Massage, welche ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war einfach toll! Der Pool mit Meerblick war ein Highlight! Die Zimmer waren angenehm groß und sauber & inkl. Terrasse.
Das Frühstück war üppig und auch sonst war das Essen wirklich sehr gut! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. & ein tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis!!

Das hat nichts per se mit der Unterkunft zu tun & ist gut zu wissen: die Unterkunft liegt ein bisschen ab vom Schuss zwischen Paje und Jambiani, direkt rundherum ist nicht viel los. Wer fußläufig schnell mitten im Geschehen sein möchte, ist hier falsch; wer die Ruhe mag, ist genau richtig. Mit Tuktuks, die regelmäßig auf der Hauptstraße fahren, ist man aber für umgerechnet ca 3€ in 5 Min in Paje oder Jambiani.

Das Meer vor der Haustür ist nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Aufgrund des Pools mit Meerblick ist das nicht weiter schlimm, aber gut zu wissen.

Uiterst aangenaam op alle gebied
Pros:

We waren na een 5-daagse safari bewust op zoek naar een kleinschalige en relaxte accommodatie. Daaraan voldeed Jaribu Beach Hotel compleet. De ligging pal aan zee, de tuin met daar omheen de lodges, het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel plus twee chefs die kunnen koken maakten ons verblijf zeer aangenaam.

Elke ochtend een bord met vers fruit, keuze uit gebakken, scrambled of gekookt ei, yoghurt of pancakes. De koffie, gezet in een cafetière, kan beter.

Cons:

De matrassen zijn behoorlijk stevig.

Le cadre vraiment apaisant, un havre de paix. La piscine excellente avec belle vue, personnel hyper sympa et a l’écoute…

L’hotel ha soddisfatto le aspettative, lo staff competente e amichevole, la stanza confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L’hotel era immerso nel verde e consentiva di rilassarsi tra natura e piscina.
