Pros:

Clean, modern, good location, comfortable bed, free toiletries, WiFi. Will definitely use again when in Hanoi

Cons:

Small room, even for Vietnamese standards, but it was enough for a quick stay. Staff struggling with English, but that's what we have Google translator for :)

La cama y almohada eran bastante cómodas!

Cons:

No me gustó que no tenía ventanas, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, olía mucho a humedad, y en la primera habitación habían micro-insectos volando, nos dijeron que salían por ser invierno. Lo bueno que nos cambiaron de habitación.

בעקרון המקום ממש טוב אך צריך לבדוק לגבי המים חמים כי זה משנה את החוויה משמעותית

שירות ניקיון החדרים היה מאוד טובים צוות ממש טוב ומנומס ועקבי , עיצוב המלון והחדר ממש יפים והיה אפשרות של צק אין מאוחר צוות מאוד נחמד , ביום השני לשהייה האדם מהצוות הקבלה הציע לנו ללכת למכבסה שהיא פחות מחצי דקה הליכה מהמלון , סגרנו עם הצוות של הכביסה שנבוא לאסוף את הכביסה בשש ושאנחנו קיבלנו המלצה מMAI HOTEL עליהם , בסוף היום התעכבנו בגלל הפקקים והבנות כבר סגרו את הכביסה ולא יכלנו לקחת את הדברים , כשהגענו למלון הופתענו לגלות שגם הבנות של הכביסה הביאו את הכביסה שלנו למלון ( למרות שעדיין לא שילמנו ) וגם המלון שילם עבורנו על הכביסה ( כמובן שלאחר מכן שילמנו למלון ) אך זה לא מובן מאליו ואנחנו מעריכים את זה ממש , אז גם מקום לפרגן לצוות המלון על ההתחשבות והגדלת הראש וגם המלצה לכביסה eco green laundry service

המים חמים נגמרים בתוך 2 דק , כשהבת זוג שלי טיפה חוותה מים חמים בהתחלה ואז קרים וכשאני נכנסתי להתקלח אחריה הם היו כבר רק קרים , מבאס כי בהאנוי קר , מעבר לזה הכל מושלם

Pros:

Vị trí dễ tìm, phòng sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Phòng quá chật. Đặt 1 cái ghế xong là ko bước đi được. Nếu muốn đi thì phải kéo ghế sang khu vực khác hoặc leo lên giường.
Mình trả phòng trễ 20 phút phụ thu 50k (cái này đi nhiều nhưng giờ mới bị mặc dù nhiều nơi báo 12h trả phòng nhưng mình soạn đồ có chậm đi 15-30 phút thì các ks khác vẫn ko thu phí)
