Сподобалося: номер з кухнею, що дає змогу приготування їжі
(по бажанню). Комфортне ліжко широке.Гарної якості і чисті рушники, халати і постільна білизна.

Cons:

Прибирання зі зміною рушників за тиждень 1 раз.Кухонні меблі трохи розсохлися.Тиск води в душовій лійці не регулюється, більшість отворів забиті.

Чистий, комфортний номер. Сніданок з кількох страв, смачний і поживний, для двох дорослих і двох дітей замовили три сніданки, було більш ніж достатньо. Користувалися спа, який знаходиться у іншому корпусі - чисто.

Чудовий готель в Східниці
Pros:

Робота персоналу, чистота, комфорт, розташування готелю. В готелі є хамам, джакузі, басейн. Також в цьому готелі можна смачно та недорого поїсти.

Cons:

В деяких номерах є невеликі проблеми з сантехнікою.

Якби було прибирання в кімнаті хочв б через день, приходилося просити персонал, вони радо допомагали це вирішувати, проте я думала, що так як в інших готелях
