В цілому, відпочинком задоволена. Обстановка та меблі в номері відповідали очікуванням

розташування, природа поряд, SPA-зона у готелі "Столиця", персонал

Cons:

просила персонал прибрати в номері та винести сміття. Очікувала 2 дні, декілька разів нагадувала про це двом різним адміністраторам. Адміністраторів на рецепції майже ніколи немає. Тобто, немає до кого звернутися з питаннями, що можуть виникнути

Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Die Lage

Cons:

Ein relativ neues Hotel ohne Lift und barrierefreien Zugang!!! Gebucht hatten wir AI. Es war aber wohl VP. Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Lt. Beschreibung "ausgewählte Getränke " inklusive. Es gab aber weder zu Mittag noch zu Abend Bier oder Wein. Nur Tee. Selbst ein Glas Wasser gab's nicht. Selbst zum Frühstück nur Tee, nichtmal Kaffee!!! Immer nur Tee!!! Frühstück erst ab 9 Uhr!!! Das Essen wurde "serviert " also mehr oder weniger lustlos auf den Tisch gestellt. Das "Restaurant " hat den Charme einer Werkskantine..Die Portionen waren sehr überschaubar und halb kalt. Nach sehr ruhiger und sachlicher Reklamation wurde uns ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Asti aufs Zimmer gestellt.

Хороший готель за помірні гроші
Pros:

Ми жили в корпусі Столиця. Номер двокімнатний, великий. Номер заявлений без кухні, але стільниця, раковина, холодильник, чайник є. Тобто, простий сніданок з бутербродів можна приготувати. До того ж, недалеко чудове кафе Сова, смачно і недорого.

Cons:

Спа трохи розчарувало. Джакузі холодне, сауна теж могла б парити сильніше. Сніданки, обіди, вечері є по передзамовленню, але просто прийти замовити по меню не можна, а було б непогано.

Чисто!

Cons:

СПА в окремому корпусі. Коли погана погода або взимку було б дуже не зручно. Немає кафе або ресторану. Тільки їдальня по замовленню і по розкладу.
