Cons:

I booked a room with a large bed. Instead of cancelling the booking and telling me that it wasn't available, they simply pushed two twin beds together and provided two small duvets. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep like that. A three-star hotel should not handle bookings this way.

Надалі користуватися послугами не планую...
Pros:

Розьашування в самому центрі міста. Досить тихе місце. Вулиці майже не чутно. Привітний персонал, якого не бачиш...

Cons:

Система роботи без рецепції. Доволі складні та довгі коди на вхід до готелю та кімнати. Темний номер, завжди має бути включено о світлення.

Цікавий досвід
Pros:

Ми зупинились всього на одну ніч. Вибрали цей готель через розташування (центр міста і недалеко від вокзалу) і високі стелі (читала відгуки). Вибрали великий номер (30м.кв), хоча зупинилися на одну ніч. Люблю, коли багато повітря і прохолодно😉. Білосніжна постільна білизна і рушники. Зручне і велике ліжко.всетце в курсі дало приємне відчуття відпочинку і розслаблення після довгої дороги.
Сподобались чіткі інструкції з заселення і приємне спілкування по телефону👌.
Окрема подяка за графин з водою і раннє заселення🤗.

Cons:

Звукоізоляція. Чутно було сусідів за стіною (може й вони нас чули) і особливо розмови в коридорі. Але біруші допомогли спати міцно, аж до ранку👌
