Good location. A bit of a weird smell in the room, like dank from not being aired out.
Breakfast was good and staff were lovely.
Unfortunately the noise of the beach club was so loud and didn’t stop until midnight which made it very difficult to sleep.

Check in, check out quá lâu, nhân viên lễ tân chăm sóc khách hàng tệ. Dọn dẹp bẩn, các khe tủ hay giường vẫn còn vỏ kẹo, vụn bim bim của khách hàng cũ. Nhân viên không biết linh hoạt hỗ trợ khách hàng khi mình kéo 2 giường đơn vào nhau nằm cho rộng, thì khi check out nhân viên bắt khách hàng lên kéo ra thì mới cho check out. Giường có bánh xe rất dễ kéo nhưng không hiểu sao vẫn bắt khách hàng lên kéo ra

WC hơi mùi, quán bar sát bờ biển chơi nhạc xập xình đến khuya, nằm tầng 21 mà 1h sáng vẫn nghe uỳnh uỳnh, nên làm cách âm tốt hơn hoặc kiến nghị với chính quyền về giờ mở nhạc ở quán bar bên kia đường

Đồ ăn không ngon và đa dạng như những khách sạn khác cùng tầm tiền tôi từng ở.

We stayed here for one night prior to a Halong Bay Cruise. The rooms are large - we had a two bedroom suite for our family and the rooms were big and the bathrooms good as well. The sound proofing was pretty good as there was music outside a lot of the evening and it didn't bother us too much.
The hotel was really reasonably priced but it is very dated.
The rooms are large but just tired and a bit old.
The breakfast was a very poor spread.
The gym is basic, only a few machines and very old.
It just needs a revamp / bit of money spent on it to bring it back to life.
The outside pool was good however there were cigarettes on the floor , not enough pool lounges and the pool was only good after 12pm when it was quieter
The lifts took 30 Minutes to get anywhere in the hotel. The other guests weee pushing and shoving us. Our room was grubby the floor needed a vacuum the windows you could not see out of for all the handprints. If your not Chinese do not stay here
