Relaxing, Calming and rejuvenating
Pros:

The hotel was so clean and ordered with the kindest and most helpful staff I have encountered helping us book a train and assisting with check in and check out. The rooftop garden is amazing and peaceful and serene and was a perfect place to relax.

Cons:

The location is in a slightly isolated area of Ha Long with mostly upscale restaurants serving international food which is really only an issue if you’re looking for local cheap street food.

Great Accommodation
Pros:

Checkin staff was awesome,very helpful .Room was very clean . Lots of coffee shops close by

Hotel was alittle remote, and not many places to have dinner in the evening . Breakfast at the hotel was basic, didnt have everything on the menu

It was amazing, magic place. Many flowers, nice reception's, cool organisation. I can say only thanking.
