Great location within Khe Sanh town and what you would expect for the price. Basic but did the job.

Basic but very very good accommodation, it really should cost more.
Pretty big hotel with sizeable rooms and easy walking access to restaurants in the area. Pretty good sound-deadening between rooms. Good supply of hot water. Our hosts were readily available when needed and tolerant of our awful/nonexistent Vietnamese, giving us info about the WiFi and directing us towards the nearby museum. We were unlucky with the rain but had no problem drying our motorbike gear and amusing ourselves in the room with the wide array of TV channels on a particularly soggy evening.
The Location
Water turned off for some reason and you have to ask the staff to turn it on to use the sink , or shower, ridiculous..
Also staff has bad attitude, and electricity stops for no reason

Room was okay.
Through whole evening people were shouting in the lobby. At 1am man Vietnamese voices woke us up. Same happened at 7am. Not pleasant night or stay.
Good sized rooms. Nice and helpful man, maybe the owner.
The shower temperature varied from boiling to cold. The balcony was actually a corridor. The room was dirty and run down. The woman needed some cheering up, maybe she was having a bad day
Very reasonable price for a central-located hotel in Khe Sanh town. Hot water, warm room. That's all you need for a night!
All of the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and is a great place to stop off either before starting the ho chi minh trail or after. They have a very secure lock up for motorcycles too.
Great place for the night after riding down the HCM trail. Good location with lots of places to eat. Room out back was quiet considering how busy the road was. Secure parking for motorcycles, too.
Reasonably comfortable bed, large room with fridge and a functioning TV. Good stopover between Da Nang and Phong Nha if travelling the western route.
Slippery tiles! Aircon dripping water on walkway, slipped and ended up on my back instantly. Last time we stayed, our room had a smart tv, not this time. Not a lot to do in Khe Sanh and very limited food options. Bidet was not working, no bum gun. (Different room last time didn't work either)
The staff/family was very nice and our motorbikes were store inside, so very safe.
The room was big and clean. The shower was separated from the toilet, which was fine.

There were no sheets on the bad. We slept right on the topper of the mattress and the bed cover.
Location is closely near to HoChiMinh Road. so, Its perfect to make a plan to stay overnight if you take a bike tour. One thing I like most is the hotel staff is very friendly and makes me feel like I am staying home. She happy to cook breakfast or serve coffee. Coffee in this area is also plus point when it's strong and tasty. The building is a-bit old, but to me its doesn't matter. I feel comfortable with it because the room is very clean, enough stuff and cheap price as well.
Good stopover on HCM road. It’s cheap & basic. Owners helped where they could but the language barrier was obvious because I can’t speak Vietnamese. (My fault, not theirs)

Motorcycles parked safely in foyer area & behind a gate over night.
There is a great Banh My place about 50m up to the left on the looking at the street , and a coffee place 2 doors further up.
