The room was a good size and had a couch. I liked the full size fridge and the dinnerware provided in case it was needed. The shower was comfortable and so was the bed.
I wish it was a king bed, and the faucet kinda sprayed everywhere. The shower needs some grippy thing on the floor because it was very slippery, and while the towels were ultra soft, they failed to absorb much water.

The location worked well for us. It was clean.
The primary problem was the noise level of the air conditioner. You absolutely cannot sleep with it on. When it’s off it gets extremely hot and stuffy. I’d compare the noise to a freight train! The doors do not have deadbolt or secondary locks on them. No in room directions of any kind…contacting office, finding ice, etc.
The full size fridge was wonderful. We like to bring extra food and drink to help save not having to go to resterants so much. Other places have a small fridge that are only 3 feet high. You can't put much in them. I wish more places would do that. I liked that larger TV to.
Room 11. Everything was great and the room was like a suite at average regular room price. Kitchenette was in the room and even a toaster oven. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and I slept like a baby. If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely stay again. I didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant, but I bet it was fabulous!
I couldn't find the room at first, but the friendly staff gave me good directions when I asked.
The location was great. About 10 minutes outside of Saint Joe and a very easy drive. The restaurant on the property was really good and very convenient. The staff was wonderful!
Good price for the location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed. Nice location. Room had a microwave and nice size fridge. Felt comfortable and safe. Next to restaurant with good food, very convenient. Overall nice stay. Very appreciative that we could find a decent place when so many hotels were sold out or way too overpriced. Mark iii was very reasonable. Would stay there again
A/C went off and on, some temperature instability, either too hot or too cold, however, this has been an issue with most hotels we have stayed due to high temps and humidity. Floor in shower was a little slippery , could use hand rail or shower mat.
We stayed at this motel when we were in the area. We were completely thrilled with how nice the room was. Very clean and the manager was very friendly. Highly recommend to all!

The parking lot is a little weird in regards to parking some lines are at an angle and some are straight so it leads to interesting parking jobs. Also the sidewalks are narrow and they have the plastic lawn chairs out so your having to step around them and then having to dodge tree branch’s at the same time
We never made it to the Mark III Inn. I called the Inn on our way there to make sure our reservations were still confirmed. No one answered the phone. Then it went to voicemail and said the in box was full! This Inn is attached to a restaurant owned by the same individual. No one answered the phone at 4:50 p.m. which was odd. I called back a little later and someone finally answered. She said the owner wasn't there just yet so if I could wait an hour or so? We were 15 minutes from the Inn! I told her no, we were very close and had no where else to go. She said she'd give me another number to call. I could barely hear her and asked her to please repeat the number upon which she hung up on me. So I would definitely NOT recommend this Inn to anyone unless they like playing games with the owner and adjoining restaurant. Too many red flags going off!
Absolutely nothing. Poorly run. Bad management and rude staff. All that and we didn't even see the place! No one would have been at the Inn to check us in so I really hope this helps others to avoid this at all costs.
