Hicieron un upgrade de mi habitación sin coste dicional, cuando les pedí de extender mi estancia, aún estando casi todo reservado encontraron una solución perfecta que acomodó todas mis necesidades

Tout était parfait durant mon séjour.
Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et sympathiques. Ils avaient préparé ma chambre avant mon départ (ils avaient mis la climatisation avant mon arrivée dans la chambre)
Ils ont organisé mon pick up par bus et Mon trouve une location de scooter. Merci!
La localisation est en plein centre.

Talia m’a accueillie parfaitement. Elle gère cette hôtel et donne son maximum pour ses hôtes, Avant pendant et même après. Elle connaît parfaitement con Dao et donnes les meilleures adresses, que ce soit les plages les resto locaux etc.. elle a tout fait pour que je puisse avoir un scooter adapté malgré ma réservation tardive. Le ménage de la chambre est fait chaque jour et l’hôtel est placé en plein cœur de tout les besoins. Merci encore pour tout Talia .

One of the best places we’ve stayed so far in the last month and a half in Vietnam. The hotel is centrally located close to everything there is coffee shop across the street. There’s a great restaurants all over the place and a smoothie shop within 50 feet. They cleaned the room daily make her bed so forth. Before we even got here we were getting emails telling us all the great places to go nearby was very helpful. They helped us line up a scooter for rent and lined up transportation from the airport to here.The young lady running this place does an excellent job and is very kind and accommodating, she makes the stay one of her favourites for sure. If you’re coming here for a wonderful trip, I would highly recommend this hotel. They are very accommodating and it’s very clean and friendly. in fact, we’re booking four more days because this whole experience has been so wonderful.

We extended our stay at Ngọc Anh Hotel for 2 more days because our stay there was ideal! Tiên is an amazing hostess and her team is also excellent! From the first time she gave us information for everything, arranged us motorbike, our laundry and every little thing always with a smile! The room also was so beautiful and clean and was cleaned every single day! Thank you for the beautiful experience! 100% recommend it!

Exceptional owner/host. Friendliness, clear communication (in English with no language barrier to speak of), helpful recommendations, great vibes.

Rooms come in two levels of standard, and their price is fixed. I tried both - they are great value for money. I do however recommend the higher standard rooms, as the added comfort is worth the higher cost.

Excellent lieu de séjour, nous avons prolongé plusieurs fois et sommes restés 10 jours au total.
La famille qui tient l'hôtel est vraiment attentionnée, très friendly et donne beaucoup de conseils.
Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et équipées, il y a également un frigo. Elles sont faites tous les jours avec nouvelles serviettes et bouteilles d'eau. Il y a de l'eau chaude et une très grande pression d'eau dans la salle de bain ce qui fait vraiment plaisir.
L'hôtel est très bien situé (proche du marché), tout est accessible à pieds.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu de séjour 🙏

Les personnes qui travaillent ici sont vraiment super gentilles, toujours souriantes et prêtes à tout faire pour aider et rendre le séjour agréable. On se sent très bien accueilli du début à la fin. L’hôtel est vraiment très bien, propre et confortable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
