Solides Hotel.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, netter Betreiber, ist aufgrund meiner verspäteten Ankunft extra länger wach geblieben. Der Familienhund ist sehr lieb.

Nettes Hotel mit Hund
Pros:

Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden, weil es etwas außerhalb und in Richtung Tam Coc liegt.
Nachts war wirklich Ruhe draußen, morgens konnte man einen Hahn hören.
In die Stadt ist es nicht wirklich weit, zum Bahnhof auch nicht.
Das Zimmer war richtig groß, das Bett war auch super. Unter dem Bettlaken war ein Schutz aus Plastik, man hat etwas geschwitzt.
Zum Frühstück hatte man die Wahl zwischen Suppe und Egg Toast plus Kaffee. Das war ok.
Wir konnten sehr günstig ein Moped vom Hotel ausleihen.
Der Hotel-Hund hat sich immer gefreut, uns zu sehen. Manchmal ein bisschen zu sehr... ;)
Das WLAN war super und hat auch zum Filme schauen gereicht.
Da unser Nachtzug erst um 22 Uhr ging haben wir einen extremen late Check-out gemacht, und das für einen wirklich fairen Preis.
Die Verständigung funktionierte gut, wobei die Frau des Chefs deutlich besser Englisch spricht.

Pros:

Es ist ein Familienbetrieb, wir waren schon viel unterwegs aber noch nie war man so lieb wie diese Inhaber. Immer wenn wir kamen haben sie extra weihnachtsmusik angemacht. Auch unser Gepäck haben sie sicher verwahrt während wir auf Ausflug waren und schon ausgecheckt hatten. Sogar einen Regenschirm haben sie und unaufgefordert geliehen. Zudem haben sie den süßesten Hund - ein Besuch lohnt sich!

Cons:

Wir haben abends (19 Uhr) in direkter Umgebung nichts zu essen gefunden - hätten und einfach früher drum kümmern müssen. Der Besitzer hat aber auch hier sofort versucht zu helfen und Vorschläge gemacht. Das hotel liegt ansonsten gut vor allem nah zum busbahnhof.

homely feeling, cleanliness, very kind owners and supportive to the requests. we were very happy with our breakfast choice and it was the Pho we enjoyed during our entire trip in Viet Nam this time and it was the BEST, thank you

Cons:

there was no aspect we did not appreciate. we couldn't extend our stay due to other explorations booked in Hanoi.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und familiengeführtes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel und wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Und wurde bei allen Anliegen geholfen und der Hund der Familie hat sich auch immer wieder gefreut uns zu sehen.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum Ninh Binh, aber da wir mit dem Roller unterwegs waren (welchen wir über die Unterkunft buchen konnten), war das kein Problem.

Exceptional value for money in a hotel run by a lovely family
Pros:

Lovely family run this hotel - very kind and helpful. They even gave me a little Christmas gift. Such lovely people.

Cons:

It isn’t a massive problem as you can easily get GRAB cabs but the hotel is a little on the outskirts of town. That said, the upside is that it is peaceful!

Pros:

Friendly staff and large rooms and very clean hotel. The hotel has a motorbike for rental low cost $4 per day that you should use to explore the city and all attractions. Only 20 minutes walk to the train station.
