Great place. Dirt road quite an issue but the venue is worth it
Pros:

Excellent but major difficulty in finding the hotel. Apple Maps and Google Maps directed us to Pilgrims Rest

Cons:

Access road was a real challenge at nightfall in heavy mist!

amazing stay
Pros:

the staff was friendly and welcoming loved the atmosphere so much.

Cons:

the times which their restaurants open and close, the 1 ply toilet papers in the toilet you guys must at least buy two ply also they didn't have gowns and sleepers in the rooms as a hotel i expected some to be there

the place was cold and the electric blankets were of great help however the oil heater is useless guys please invest in something that will be of help to your guests.

Pros:

El emplazamiento es fantástico. Ideal para relajarte unos días.
La cama muy cómoda. La habitación estaba fría, pero sin problema después de encender la chimenea.

Old school charm, atmosphere and service.
Pros:

Wonderful setting and ambiance. Amazing staff, great service and old-fashioned comfort food. Log fires in the rooms and a generally welcoming atmosphere.

Heerlijk om er helemaal uit te zijn
Pros:

Gastvrijheid, locatie in het groen (perfect voor een hike en rust, weg van alles), manier waarop de open haard helemaal klaar stond om aan te steken.

Cons:

Niks. De klassieke inrichting, vooral in het restaurant, sprak ons niet per se aan maar was wel perfect toegepast.

Très bon endroit
Pros:

Un très bon séjour, l endroit est au calme agréable, propre et confortable. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins ( nous avions oublié un sac et ils nous l ont déposé dans un village plus proche pour nous éviter toute la route) je recommande l endroit pour un dépaysement.

Cons:

Les 6km de route un peu caillouteuse (quand on a une toute petite voiture) mais nous avions été prévenus 😉
