Très bon endroit
Pros:

Un très bon séjour, l endroit est au calme agréable, propre et confortable. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins ( nous avions oublié un sac et ils nous l ont déposé dans un village plus proche pour nous éviter toute la route) je recommande l endroit pour un dépaysement.

Cons:

Les 6km de route un peu caillouteuse (quand on a une toute petite voiture) mais nous avions été prévenus 😉

Home away from away.
Pros:

The manager/owner was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were excellent. We were there for 4 nights and it felt like home away from home. The food was hearty and homely. They were very accommodating to away dietary requirements which is an extra mile considering the fact that there can't be that many vegetarian customers in this community.

Cons:

Nothing at all. The tennis court is due for some maintenance, however, that could be due to the fact that it's hardly ever used with most people spending most of their time out in the forest. The thatch roof needs some maintenance. These are not reasons not to visit the place just points needing some attention.

Pros:

Was not what I expected but Mount Shaba management assisted with accomodation at the main lodge .Had to pay in for the upgrade and thanks to the management stuff.

Our stay at Mount Sheba was exceptional and we hope to return in the near future. Mount Sheba is truly a hidden gem.
Pros:

Nestled in the Grootfonteinberg, this boutique hotel offers the perfect retreat from busy city life with a 360 degree view of the beautiful lush rainforest and the mountain. There is no need to leave the property for sightseeing - one can enjoy a different hiking trail each day followed by a wonderful meal at one of the restaurants at the property. There is also a spa available for pamper and relaxation. Chilly evenings are filled with a welcoming warm fireplace in every room with wood provided daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful and attended to anything we required.

Cons:

Certain sections of the 3km tar road are in desperate need of fixing, not just filling the holes after rain seasons. It would really improve the driving experience to the hotel.
