Pros:

we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the week where we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. The team really went out of their way with the special dinner setting for our anniversary day, the breakfast packs for our day trip to the kruger park and the overall friendliness of all staff - to name a few, Hanru, Jeffery, Selby, Mavis and the rest of the team. The variety of the foods for dinner and breakfast was good and tasty.

the resort is well kept and offers a nice tranquil and quiet environment to rest and rejuvenate oneself.

cannot give any negative feedback here.

Pros:

Tout était très bien ! le cadre est incroyable ! le restaurant, le bar.... rien à voir avec ce que l'on peut voir habituellement. Le Restaurant, on se croirait dans un film ! Nous avons adoré. Le personnel était très poli . Les enfants ont aussi apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Pensez à ramener de quoi se couvrir car nous les réunionnais nous avons eu un peu froid :) . Nous regrettons de n'avoir pris que deux nuits. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des alentours .

Ondanks het slechte weer toch genoten vooral s’avonds bij de heerlijke fireplace in onze accommodatie
Pros:

Ik ben al twee keer mount Sheba geweest (wel met prachtig weer ) en dit keer zat het weer niet mee : veel regen en mist. Daar kan het resort niets aan doen.
Wat mij opviel is dat de gebouwen opnieuw wit geschilderd moeten worden want aan de buitenkant is er wel achterstallig onderhoud.
Het personeel in het ontbijt restaurant is echt heel aardig zoals overal in de lodge.
Wij willen mr Goodman complimenteren want hij deed geweldig zijn best om kleine problemen op te lossen. Hij is een topper

Cons:

De weg er naar toe is echt heel heel slecht en vooral met een gewone personenwagen. Niet te doen. Je moet er niet aan denken om S’avonds de weg te berijden. Echt een zwaar minpunt van deze toch wel prachtige lodge.

It's old and outdated. There's spiders in the room. Beds not comfortable. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Drains not smelling good. Little inspects around all the time
