Very disappointed
Pros:

It is close to the shop. Not in a noisy area

Cons:

We checked in at 15:00 only to find out the cleaners were still cleaning room were so tired coming from Port Elizabeth we have to wait for them to finish. There were no plates, glass, spoon or anything in the kitchen whereas it a self-catering place. The bathroom was licking water when you take a shower the whole bathroom becomes wet. The lift was not working everything was a mess in this area. There were no wrap towel for guest

Spacious room. Friendly staff.
Quiet neighborhood but just too far from anything.

Cons:

I asked for towels several times and never received them. Went to sleep without taking a shower.
No tea / coffee facility in the room.

Pictures on Booking.com are beautiful compared to what is the property 👎 now

Cons:

The property needs renovations. The rooms don't smell nice at all, there were no towels in all our rooms. We booked family rooms they didn't have pots, plates, cups, glasses nothing guys, we had to ask from the reception and they have us old thinks, the stove was not working well. The list is endless. Our room had ants.
