The service
Very wonderful
The breakfast was horrible
Please work on it or few new chef
All the other meals we’re perfect just breakfast it’s a big no
- The breakfast and dinner buffets were both pretty good with a good selection of food
- The breakfast buffet included drink options as part of the buffet
- The rooms were a nice size
- The bed was fine, even though the 2 beds were of slightly different heights when put together making it a little uncomfortable, and the bedding was clean
- Staff were friendly
- The game drive was great, with lots of animals to see, and the driver was very knowledgeable
- The cleaners did a pretty good job of cleaning the room
After raising the issues experienced, I was given an opportunity to stay at the place again for 2 nights. It was better the second time around. Thus, I increased the score.
- It was my birthday week when I first arrived and I wasn't really given any good options to celebrate (I was offered a discount on a 2-person picnic even though I was there by myself or a discount on a romantic turn down of my room with alcohol, which I don't drink and again, I was there by myself - when I raised this, I was pretty much told those are the only options) .
- The rooms were definitely not "luxurious" but were pretty basic, though quite a nice size
- The bathrooms was dated, with the shower in the bathtub, old lights, stuff peeling off the wall tiles, etc.
- In the first room I was put in, there was a long, black hair in the plastic mat used for the bath/shower
- In the first room I was put in, the water coming out of the shower was not a consistent temperature and kept alternating between hotter and colder
- In the first room I was put in, the room was over a roof so I couldn't use the balcony and the view was obstructed
- TV channels were minimal, with 3 of them just showing adverts, half of them showing sports and a few showing news
- The WiFi was weak and periodically didn't work properly, especially in my room, and I kept having to restart my phone so that it would work correctly
- Normal cellular signal was non-existent in my room and I had to walk outside to pick up normal cellular signal
- Facilities were minimal with pretty much only a pool, volleyball net, short hiking trail, the lookout deck, while everything else was an extra charge
- There was a tooth floss pick floating in the pool on one of the days, which was disgusting
- The dinner buffet excluded any drink options, which wasn't revealed until I sat down for my first meal
- If you ordered anything to drink with the buffet, it was very expensive
Breakfast and view. Accommodating the kids. And the romantic turn down was perfect
The gravel road from the highway until the hotel. Wasn't made aware of that. It was extremely noisy. Hardly slept
Sensationeller Ort, bequeme Zimmer, gutes Essen und Internet
Teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig, Service im Restaurant hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen
Perfect location and landscape
Carpet in the room smells
Very attentive and helpful staff.
Good food and cocktails.
The gravel road getting to the venue.
No playground for kids.
Clean
Nothing
We loved the friendliness of the staff, how accommodating they were and how much effort they put into our stay! The game drive was so informative and he really went above and beyond to teach us interesting facts!
The only thing that could’ve been improved was the toilet. It was hard to flush and if another room above you just flushed there was no water to flush your toilet so you had to wait for the water to come back.
The art inside
There isn’t enough chair at the pool side and the noise at the bar.
Nature
Nothing
Great food, Great Staff & Great scenery
