Sold a romantic Dream
Pros:

The Idea or the Design of the room could have been amazing....

Cons:

But unfortunately none of the hot tubs worked.
Due to the water coming from a JoJo tank, whenever we needed to flush the toilet or shower ect, it was a matter of requesting that the water be turned on.

The breakfast wasn't anything special and most of the staff lacked manners.

We ended up switching rooms 3 times and yet ended without having a hot tub experience.... Which was the whole reason I booked.

Horrible at sight and smell!
Pros:

The property looks nice at the reception.
They allowed us to check in earlier.

Cons:

The location and surrounding areas seems unsafe and not child friendly.

We were taken to our room, which had a horrible smell, like wet mat/ smelly feet.

The bedding was not as seen on the pictures. We booked the family room, and all 3 beds had different duvets in multiple colours which seemed old, and unhygienic.

We ended up leaving and had to book alternative accommodation and were told we can’t be refunded as we have already checked in. We are okay with loosing the money rather than sleeping in that environment and circumstances with our children.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Pros:

Absolutely nothing at all there was no water

Cons:

There was no water no Wi-Fi playing up imagine if there’s no water for both bathroom breakfast saved after several times of requesting , staff very ignorant

Cons:

When we were booking we were told about free breakfast but aowa dololo. We booked self catering but we were not allowed to use kitchen unless we pay so they can cook for us😢. The bedding jehova 😩were torned and full of stains and mdavazo smell 💔

They say they have jacuzzi and will pay hoping will find it in yr room only to find out its is only at certain rooms n they are not specific about that then end up paying extra if u really want it
