Pros:

The location smiley staff, hard pillow but medium soft bed

Cons:

We stayed for 8 nights and the sheets for only changed once, after we asked for it. There was daily toom service, but somehow the floor was extremely dirty every night. The smell of Toiletries was awful.

Would 100% stay there again. The ladies at reception were terrific and the cleaning staff was great

Staff were excellent, cleaning ladies were excellent, A/C was great, pool fantastic, location perfect.

Our only complaint was those small tiny ants. They were everywhere

Ok place to stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable & the location was great.

Cons:

The a/c didn't seem strong enough for the room.
The pool area was disappointing.
The room looked a bit dingy.
Water went alllll over the bathroom floor while showering because there isn't any floor barrier to stop it.

Pros:

Замечательное место. Идеально в соотношении цена-качество, но обо всем по порядку:

1. Очень удобное расположение - до пляжа идти 4 минуты. В пешей доступности огромное количество отличных заведений с недорогой и очень вкусной едой, а также 5 супермаркетов, с базовой инфраструктурой проблем не было ни разу. Также в 2х минутах ходьбы есть постирочная, кароче, расположение отличное, а за свои деньги вообще идеальное.

2. Номера ухоженные, все выглядит свежо, везде чисто, отличный мягкий матрац, свежее постельное белье. Один раз нам постелили белье с небольшой дырочкой, которая в процессе сна растянулась - мы объяснили ситуацию, все заменили без проблем, не взяли доп оплату или что-то такое.

3. Милейший персонал, все вопросы с легкостью решали на Английском, всегда максимально вежливы, обходительны, доброжелательны.

4. Тихо. Мы ни разу за почти две недели не столкнулись с каким-либо шумом или чем-то ещё, что бы нас побеспокоило и омрачило наше пребывание здесь.

В общем и целом - мы остались крайне довольны, если бы снова решили отправиться в Дананг, скорее всего, выбрали бы этот отель снова и с удовольствием посоветуем другим!

This is an exceptionally well run hotel. Wonderful super friendly reception team. Efficient and reliable housekeeping staff. Clean rooms, fridge and snacks, Internet TV, comfortable bed, rain shower with great water pressure, 2 fast lifts and reliable laundry service. Great location close to the beach and all the eateries and coffee shops you'll ever need. Excellent value for money. The hotel restaurant was closed but step outside the hotel and you have a wide choice of places to eat. If I visit Da Nang again this is where I will stay. If you're looking for 24 hour room service, and a poolside cocktail bar this hotel is not for you. But if you want a traditional friendly place to stay I recommend it.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff. Big thanks to receptionist Huong who went an extra mile to make sure that our stay was amazing. We would come back.

Cons:

Hotel was fully booked and they didnt have an extra key card available, which is a minor issue.
