Pros:

The main building looked nice, looks clean, nice historic place, but once I got to the room, it was not impressive, especially the bathroom that was so small

Cons:

I guess this is a budget place, shouldn’t expect too much, but the bathroom was even hard to turn around in, extremely small🤷🏼‍♂️

Very bare-bones. Bed was comfy, but sleeping right next to where the bikes park… not great

כל מחירי הלינה בתאילנד עלו בצורה משמעותית ולמרות שזה היה אחד המקומות הזולים יותר וציון טוב, לדעתי המחירים גבוהים בכל מקומות הלינה.

A bargain price for location and a few days stay in Chiang Rai :-)
Pros:

Location is perfect. Along a quiet back side street. I loved the very spacious room, had an open wardrobe but only 3 hangers. The bathroom has a separate shower area. It’s a short walk to the clock tower and lots of eateries and bars. The WiFi worked okay, a little slow. There is a water dispenser in the public area so you ca fill up every day at no extra cost. Fridge in the room too! Despite things I have said below - I had a great stay here. The entrance side street is jus after the coffee shop, next to 7/Eleven :-)

Cons:

More of a guidance/ information to others: there is a window in this room, it opens but sadly I found it to be onlooking and would not have given me privacy, therefore I kept the curtains closed. The room had low lights so I found the room a little too dark. The bed for me a little firm, I woke up with a stiff neck each day. Other people ma be used to this. The garbage and bathroom bins are too small - I had to empty them myself - was not an issue - the recycling bins are outside property but could make this better for other people ahead
