Beds were comfortable and the room very spacious. Wifi worked fine, plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
The breakfast was a mix of eastern and western food - while quite a decent choice, a found neither the western nor the eastern offerings tasty.
Overall everything seemed a bit dated.
Water dispenser at the reception was operational for the first day of my stay and then not available the rest of the week.

Location was near many good cafe and restaurants.
it is super old and not so clean. you wouldn't get the value for the price you pay. but it was okay.
Breakfast was so bad that we had to go out after 2 days of trying the breakfast.
Breakfast was filling; location was close enough to the Old Quarter and French Quarter, 10-15 min taxi ride; toiletries were provided; room was spacious enough for all our things; lots of pillows, warm comforter
No shower curtain in the bathroom; mini fridge was not working
Friendly staff, room size good, bed comfortable. Location is good but you should use grab to get anywhere in Hanoi anyway.
Breakfast was there, but maximum „ok“. Room cleaning is very basic. Windows do not close well so near the street it can get quite noisy

Big hotel but not much variety for non meat eaters
Only 2 fruit on buffet breakfast and no types of pastries
I could only eat fruit and youghart but there was actually a huge spread of foods that only meat

Also they don’t have an iron in the whole hotel to use
I called and asked for an iron as I’m about to go out to be told there’s only house keeping option
Which is fine if you know before hand as she needed 20 mins to do it but I didn’t have time as I had a Michelin star restaurant booked so had to go with another outfit which I’m sure you understand was not what I had planned to wear so was very dissatisfied in that area
Nice hotel and near at the expo venue
Old rooms, old toilet. Phone not working. Hot water is too slow.poor room

Room is large, bed is extra large. Location is relatively close enough to food and other conveniences
Sound proof is non-existent. We could hear people walking above us, talking in the room next door, and chatting in the hallway.
Room was still dirty when we arrived: weird marks/stains on the sheet, duvet cover and pillows, hair clumps in bathroom, bin unlined.
Both main door and bathroom door were getting old and hard to close/open properly. Once I closed the bathroom door and couldn’t open it again myself for a good 5 minutes.
