Don’t stay here!

Cons:

The room had mold and hair in the bathroom. The entrance door into the room did not
lock. All someone had to do was shove the door and it would open. On MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND…The pool was not useable. Unacceptable in my book. The front desk person was extremely rude. Needs some customer service training on how to be nice. I should’ve known the experience was going to be bad from his behavior. I hadn’t even got to my room to experience the situation yet! Properly advertised pet friendly…with no designated areas to walk dogs.
