Good stay for a night if you're taking the ferry in the morning. Good vegetarian restaurant nearby if you're into it ;)
The hosts were very kind

Bathroom was really nice. Nice shower and very clean. The bed was comfy and the room was clean too. Good wifi and very friendly staff. The rooms have fridges so you can keep water cold too.
We moved rooms on our second night and the AC was awful in the second room. It didn’t blow very cold and kept switching off, we were a bit ill too which meant we were really impacted by it. Also there’s a karaoke place right next door and in the second room you can really hear it.
Provided a private tour of the area. Owners have very good English

Fantastic property with really helpful and nice owners. Really big room with great facilities like large fridge/freezer, air con, fan, wardrobe, and balcony. Close to large supermarket and bus stop which provided cheap services to bustling Mui Ne.
Phan Thiet was slightly remote but not the properties fault!
location was fantastic with plenty of food and everything the locals are doing in the area. the owners are so kind and welcoming. Felt like my first little home since I've left home.
Good choice for its price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Balcony available. The owner is very friendly and speaks English well. The hotel is located in some kind of karaoke district and there are like 4 karaoke places within 300m. Surprisingly it is very quiet at night and they only make some noise during the day.
P.S. The aquarium located in the lobby is amazing!

Very helpful owner who did me a great favour. The room was spacious with good a/c and a comfortable bed.
There are lots of karaoke bars in the street, but that’s not the fault of the hotel
Good place to be
Hotel Khanh An has many things going for it. The first is the kindness of the people who work there.
The second thing is the cleanliness. I have been to many different hotels, and learned to expect stains on the walls, dirt in the corner and maybe some tiny ants... But here there was none of that. Spotlessly clean!
It is near restaurants, bars and some shops. If you need anything else, you can just take a grab taxi for maybe two minutes.
The room was spacious enough. Had fridge, ac, seating area and big bed.
The lobby/entrance area is very well decorated and looks inviting.
What others have written about the water pressure (shower) is true, at least in the 2nd floor where I stayed.
There are karaoke bars in the area, and I believe next door as well, and those can be heard. It did not bother me as the karaoke ended at a sensible time... But consider this if you are traveling as a family.

The owner speaks french very well, told us a lot about the city and gave us a lot of recomandations. The hotel is very clean and the beds were huge. The wifi works great. The son is there all night if you need anything and they offered to do a laundry for us ! All around a great place.
