Suite room C5 was beautiful and the Villa was modern and very well kitted out.

An amazing retreat in Franschhoek
Pros:

Amazing property, beautiful views and enormous rooms (basically entire flats) which are furnished exquisitely. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, private parking spot for each room.

Lovely property but too many steps for us.
Pros:

We thought the accommodation was very good, with everything you would need thank you. It was lovely and clean.

Cons:

The property was somewhat overlooked, with windows at the back looking out were over someone else's patio area.
There were too many steps to the property for my wife so we would require a property with much less steps if we visited again.

Es war sehr enttäuschend und ich würde es nie wieder buchen

Es war ein Apartment und keine Villa also ein echter Scam. Über und unter uns sowie nebenan waren sehr laute Personen in den anderen Apartments. Als man im Bett lag, hörte es ich an als wenn die Dusche gleich über uns ist und das Wasser runterkommt. Derr Pool war sehr schmutzig und die Auflagen der Liegen auch. Es machte alles einen schlechten Eindruck. das Frühstück war ok aber die Tische und alles etwas klebrig und nicht sehr einladend,

Lovely friendly staff. Nice restaurant.
Pros:

Good position for Franschoek, shuttle to take down to town 5 minutes journey. Great for visiting wineries and taking wine train

Cons:

Our room didn't have a door from bedroom to toilet which was not ideal but don't know about other rooms. No Netflix or streaming service on tv.

Definitely coming back!
Pros:

We had a lovely room with great views. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Huge rooms and nice views are strongpoints
Pros:

A very quick Uber ride or 10-15 minute stroll from the village, views are lovely and the room we had was huge.

Cons:

I would stay right in the centre next time and the restaurant was disappointing.

Fantastic villas in a lovely setting
Pros:

Great location we have stayed several times previously. Absolutely fantastic villas with everything you could want and truly luxurious. Views are lovely .

Cons:

Fountain in main pond not working and wasn't working a year ago.
Needs more sunbed space at times can't get one! They have built a new pool and this has next to no sunbed space either.
With more building work going on this is only going to ger worse.

Good option for a short stay in Franschoek
Pros:

The location of the estate as it is close enough to Franschoek Village but still has the feel of being in the winelands

Cons:

The check in process was confusing as the staff werent sure which managing agency we had been assigned to.
Part of the estate is under construction which made it noisy at times
