Not worth the money. Book somewhere else.

It is a beautiful property

Cons:

No mountain view as mentioned in booking information. No wifi. Building new villas opposite us with no mention of the building works or disruption. No water one of the days. Hot water system malfunctioned. No housekeeping on first day. None of these were communicated to us.

Pros:

Staff are friendly. Premises are attractive and the room was very comfotable.

Cons:

The location of Room C2 is at the main entrance and can be very noisy, especially when staff arrive at 06:00 in the morning.

A disappointing stay in Franschhoek.
Pros:

There was nothing to be liked about my stay, as I was allocated a room that did not accord with the description provided on the booking site.When I pointed this out to the staff I could not be assisted.

Cons:

Being offered 2 free breakfasts for being allocated a room I had not really booked for according to the description on the booking site. The invasive pre-check out experience.

Ganz schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und nicht eingelöste Versprechen seitens des Managements!

Gute Lage zum Ort

Cons:

Zimmer und Blick nicht wie gebucht (hatten Dorfblick gebucht und ein Hinterhofzimmer mit Betonwänden bekommen )! Dafür wurde uns versprochen das extra gezahlte Geld für das Frühstück zurück zu bekommen was aber NIE passiert ist ! Sehr schwach !! Überall Baustelle !

The rooms themself were decent in size and relatively comfortable

The service was appalling, my room was never made, towels never replaced (and on arrival one towel
Was covered in make up). Coming home late there was no staff around, the entrance to the villas was pitch black needed to use my phone torch the first night to get from where my uber dropped me to the room (as there was no security or golf carts around). There is no signage to see which rooms are where and they are not in order so it makes zero sense.
