Pros:

Breakfast and the location was g ood. I found the staff inattentive and scrambling.

Cons:

The inattentiveness of the staff. In the end we got everything we needed, but it took time and a lot of explaining

My stay was purely for business and I wasn't able to experience more of the hotel.
Cons:

So many rules. I did not read the rule "sheet" left on the bed as I though it would make me not even want to sleep on the beautiful white linen.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. We had the little to order anything from the menu.

Cons:

I didn't have a lot of issues. Perhaps they could refill the shampoo and all beforehand

Jeanette was absolutely amazing from the moment our booking was confirmed until we checked out. The family will definitely be returning. There were fruits, snacks and water for the whole family when we arrived. The restaurant has a bigger menu offering variety of food, which was served within 30 minutes. We know where to go hide from the noise when it gets too much :) ;)

Cons:

The terms and conditions regarding the kids under 12 can be a little more clearer and bold, it should not form part of the long read so people do not get hit by suprises.

Pros:

Staff are very friendly, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and was good value for money. The spa was excellent with friendly staff and amazing treatments.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, cappuccino was an extra cost & was made at the restaurant and arrived cold at the breakfast area. Eggs had to be ordered and took long to arrive. Cleaning material was laying around on the floor and looked untidy.

We just expected more of a variety for the breakfast and the spider webs should be cleaned before a guest checks in.
