Pros:

I liked the fact that there were three bathrooms in the apartment, that made our life easier as we were a group of people and we did not run out of hot water for the three days we were using the apartment.

Cons:

TV was not working and we had to call the owner and it was fixed on the second day of our stay.
The direction is not clear for someone who is not clued up with Durban, we struggled to get the place because we were hoping to see Sandz Accomodation 108 on the building but the building was written different name, TENBURY.

Location was perfect walking distance to the beach and Ushaka marine. beds were comfortable and clean linen

Flat needs maintenance sliding doors and windows dirty, fridge was dirty especially the freezer. No toilet paper was provided no bathroom towels provided as they were said they are available on the listed things available.TV not working, and we informed the host he sent someone to fix it but it only worked for 20min
