Cons:

The room and bathroom smelled of cigarette as if it wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t sleep a wink at night due to noise, there was a party and the security didn’t even bother intervening

Could have been better
Pros:

Location is great, quiet neighbourhood and close to amenities. Overall convenient

Cons:

The toilet in room 2 was leaking badly, there was water everywhere had to use towels and some linen to blot off, rendered the bathroom unusable

The wifi was not working/ we were unable to connect to the wifi from the room and the reception area for the duration of our stay. Some of the floor tiles in our room were loose.
