It was amazing.
Pros:

The receptionists were so kind, the rooms were clean. Everything would be nicely packed, the service was just great overall. The rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfy and warm.

Cons:

There were some guests who made noise in the morning around 5. I was expecting someone to inform them to be considerate. Also the water pressure coming out of the showers wasn't so great.

Overall the cleanliness, room preparation, basic amenities and breakfast fell below our expectations

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we checked in at 14:30. Two pillows did not have pillows cases, there was no toilet paper and the towels and duvet had visible stains on them. Thr throw also had an unpleasant smell. At breakfast we were unable to order a proper breakfast with eggs because there were not enough eggs available. The saucers were chipped and not in unacceptable condition.
