The room had no shower towels and we had to ask for it and they told us they don’t have and gave 1 old torn towel…it was also dusty because of the renovations

No utensils,but there's a microwave,@ least a plate and spoon/fork
Staff always in the back never at reception area
We were advised that there was no cooking on weekends,no breakfast lunch or dinners.
Donot practice cross infection techniques,cleaning lady goes from room to room holding the dirty linen to her chest,then comes back doing the same with clean linen,sies maaahn
