Nothing you guys are best
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the selection of food in the restaurant was great with the evening buffet being very good value for money. The rooms facing the sea have good views.
Some of the bathroom fittings were rather rusty, the door of the fridge in our room didn't close properly and there were a few stains on the furniture here and there but the warm, accommodating staff really enhanced our stay and we would recommend the resort.
Location
I got several threatening massesges about cancellation as they can not process foreign card and started them even a week before. It was stressful.
Shuttle bus was advertised on website and were told we have to arrange and that taxi charged reiduculous amount of money for 4 km drive .
No one gave any information about your / restaurants probably they were asked by management for sake of their own very expansive restauarant .
Phone call in the room at odd time to to see if our stay was ok and about evening tea, which could have been too by reception staff . Staff at reception were very masked face and not welcoming until my husband stared making fuss then senior person arrived with some hospitality . Overall it wants good experience from reputable chain . It spores that all they cared about Money😡😡
