Pros:

Estaba muy limpio, tener el desayuno es muy cómodo, y el bar donde tomar algo y/o comer/cenar también es una ventaja. Que esté en el centro del pueblo delante de la plaza le da mucha vida, y la atención del personal es fantástica.
La ubicación a 10 minutos de Puigcerdà es perfecta.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, pero más que pega es opinion personal, los colchones son un poco blandos.
Faltaría algún colgador para las toallas en el baño.

La ubicació i el personal, de 10. Un lloc tranquil amb bar restaurant incorporat, per a que no falti de res. Poble amb encant, amb parking. Molt a prop d'altres pobles per a visitar-los en un dia.

Cons:

Les instalacions una mica antigues i potser un pel més de neteja estaria genial, tot i que no està brut tampoc. Productes de dutxa molt escassos, val la pena portar-ne de casa.

Rundum schön, wir kommen wieder

sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Wirt, er hat unsere Koffer vom Auto bis ins Zimmer gebracht! Tolle zentrale Lage, der Ort war entsprechend der Vorsaison beschaulich ruhig, unser Hund fand es toll, dass er sich frei bewegen konnte im Ort.
Frühstück super mit frischen lokalen Zutaten, leider sind wir nicht damit nach draußen gegangen, unsere Bequemlichkeit ;-), der Frühstücksraum hat nämlich entsprechend der Hanglage kein wirkliches Fenster und das Wetter war ja super.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers. Wir hatten versehentlich das Zimmer für das falsche Datum gebucht. Obwohl er dazu überhaupt nicht verpflichtet gewesen wäre, hat er uns den bereits gezahlten Betrag problemlos zurückerstattet. Anschließend konnten wir das Zimmer für das richtige Datum neu buchen.

Ein so zuvorkommender und herzlicher Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen Dank – wir kommen bei unserer nächsten Reise sehr gerne wieder!
