Great views and relaxing room
Pros:

Great view on the sea side. I was there in off season so the restaurant was not always open. I did not have a car and it was a bit far to the bus stop so taxi is the option. There is a shuttle if you plan right. The breakfast was brought to my room with tasty variety with some seafood items. Overall a good value stay. Nice hike around the island nearby.

Good place for a couple of nights if you are looking for a stay in not-so-busy Atami.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast there.

The views were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and cordial. The bathrobes were comfortable.
The bathroom had a cheap feel, mostly due to the marble-imitation contact paper on the walls.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that all pics of the property showed rugs under the bed and tables. My room and that of my companions didn't have any rugs, making the room look like a furniture shop.

We didn't like finding a relatively-big cockroach near the bed on the first night.

Pros:

The view and the facilities were stunning! The bed was very comfortable and the onsen was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was easy to find, although steep, and the amenities offered were worth the price. I would 100% book again!

Cons:

(There was a used teabag in the trashcan when we arrived and the wrapper was in the pocket of the fuzzy jacket, which I was a little unhappy with)

Schöne Zimmer und tolle Ausstattung
Pros:

Schönes eingerichtete Zimmer und tolles Onsen, auch private Bäder, kostenlose Getränke (auch alkoholische) und Netflixnutzung, Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer

Cons:

Obwohl auf Booking angegeben kam kein Zimmerservice. Die Frühstückstabletts, die auf das Zimmer gebracht wurden, standen dann den ganzen Tag im Zimmer. Wir dachten die würde der Zimmerservice mitnehmen. Uns wurde erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass wir die Tabletts hätten vor das Zimmer stellen sollen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war personenabhängig schwierig.

Pros:

客室もその他のエリアもきれいに掃除されており気持ち良く過ごせました。夕食朝食ともに和食で品数も多く、刺身も新鮮で美味しかったです。
宇佐美駅まで送迎してもらえて助かりました。徒歩20分くらいのようですが、坂の上にあるので歩くのはかなりきついと思います。周りは住宅街なでお店等はありません。
