Excelente hotel Itu shopping
Pros:

Cordialidade, acomodações com ar condicionado e TV, excelente cama e colchão, café da manhã excelente com excelência no atendimento e sem falar a ótima qualidade no atendimento do começo ao fim

O hotel tem um bom café da manhã e os funcionários são prestativos e educados .

Cons:

Acomodação simples , o banheiro tinha uma goteira e o sinal da tv saia do ar a todo momento, impossível assistir alguma coisa na televisão. O horário poderia ser estendido pois entrar as 15 horas e ter que sair no outro dia as 11 horas fica muito apertado

Não se esqueça de colocar o numero em todos os quartos, meu quarto de numero 4 não tinha numeração. O rapaz da recepção auxiliou. Hotel tem o suficiente. Otima localização

Café da manhã dentro do esperado no padrão 3 estrelas. Muito bom !!!

Cons:

Meu quarto não tinha janelas. Gosto de olhar a rua a noite. Mas isso foi algo não observado por mim e não desaponta em nada a estadia.

Hotel é bom, funcionários atencioso, espaço tranquilo e opcional com café da manhã muito bom,ainda encontra um restaurante prato feito no local.esta localizado no centro de Itu,próximo as igrejas e praças e muitas opções de lazer e alimentação.

Cons:

Dessa vez fiquei em um quarto muito simples,com ventilador.
O que me incomodou foi uma prateleira de madeira já em estado deformidade e feia torta , desagradável.
E o banheiro com o teto mofado,com umidade, embolorado.
O box com dificuldade para abrir e fechar.
Acho que dá para melhorar.
