Pros:

perfect if you want to stay outside of the business of naha! kin is a great location to be based in to visit the north and central parts of the island. the beds are comfy, the A/C is great, everything is very clean. convenient to have your own fridge in the room though the kitchen is shared with the rest of the guests. the owner is very kind and so helpful. there is parking in the back of the hotel too so you never have to worry about parking.

Cons:

it is a little difficult to find because they do not have a sign, and there are no convenience/grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, but as long as you plan ahead itʻs ok. there is a vending machine in front for drinks. the walls are a bit thin, i could definitely hear other guests on the phone. but otherwise a great hotel!

Great location and clean, perfect for one person, single bed, visiting for business
Pros:

Walking distance to food and beach. Clean and had the basics I needed including fridge WiFi and good AC.

Cons:

I had the single bed and while the desk was adequate, a wardrobe or dresser would be helpful so I could unpack my suitcase.

Besides the comfy and cozy facilities, the owner offered to take me to the airport when I couldn't call a taxi, super friendly and the rooms are really nice and private

Superb
Pros:

Sharing kitchen and washing machine with dryer that free to use. The room is clean, neat and near camp hansen so its easy for my husband to come visit me. Been lovely as the owner is helpfull just need a reminder a day before stay so he dont forget to send you to room pin code :)

My wife and I loved the room itself , decent sized beds and good A/C
Pros:

Overall it was a quality, “bang for your buck” hotel that had the works. Location wasn’t too bad if you want to be lodged next to Camp Hansen since it’s only a 15-20 minute walk. There are good restruants near-by as well to explore and enjoy. The hotel did have a nice little kitchen where we could cook and heat up some of our food from the convineince store nearby.

Cons:

No room to really complain for the facilities itself other than areas to put our trash. It was also hard to find taxis near-by so we did have to walk near the camp and ask the locals to call one, I’d suggest maybe putting reference numbers for reliable taxis in the area.
