Stylish and comfortable, great for the airport.
Pros:

Looks great, very modern and stylish aesthetic. Big clean room, very comfortable. Places to sit outside on the terrace. You can walk to the airport in c 20 mins, no need for transport. In the evening it is very peaceful (aside from the odd plane).

Cons:

The room was advertised as having a balcony but in reality this refers to the walkway that circles the property. It's nice to sit out on but it's not a private space. The location is a slight drawback if walking after dark as it's a fair distance from town. Staff were nice and did their best but zero English spoken so unable to ask any questions or obtain information about the area. No bikes to rent unlike many places in Nan. Breakfast was disappointing. Tea, coffee, toast but no pastries or fruit juice.

Reasonable price and meet the budget plan.
Pros:

Lovely porridge every morning.
Cozy room with cleanliness and aromatic laundry when I first entered the room.
The owner always stayed on duty at night.
It is very safe.
The loft style with wooden furniture made us feel contemporary and cozy with minimalist design.
Reasonable price.
Close to Pa Nim desserts. Comfortable to drive to other areas within the vicinity.

Cons:

Nothing. Although there is no swimming pool, it is not a big deal. I don't spend time in a pool here anyway. Love to spend time in the city and mountains.

Room isn't soundproof. You can hear people shutting their doors and talking next door. Construction on premesis.
