Fantastic
Pros:

It was near everything and no street noise the bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. The staff was good.

Super freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre. Perfekte Lage.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist perfekt und besonders die Freundlichkeit und die familiäre Atmosphäre des kleinen Hotels mit nur vier Zimmern haben uns sehr gefallen. Das super leckere Frühstück bestellt man am Abend vorher, zur gewählten Option gibt es jeden Tag frischen Obstsalat, Joghurt, Müsli, Toast, Butter, sehr guten Kaffee und Saft. Das große Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeezubehör. jeden Tag werden neue Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt. Ein Motorrad und die Rückfahrt nach Chiang Mai konnten wir direkt bei der Unterkunft buchen. Vielen Dank für die guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Veranstaltungen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Für die Baustelle nebenan konnte das Hotel ja nichts. Die Arbeiten sind wohl auch sehr bald beendet.

When I was there there was alot of building work going on so it was pretty noisy and not relaxing. Maybe just check this before booking.

Wonderful base for exploring Pai.
Pros:

The location was perfect - near Walking Street but away from the noise. The staff members were exceptional. Wonderful, made to order breakfast. The room and the property were meticulously clean. I ended up extending my stay.

The staff was very helpful and they tried to make their best to make our stay comfortable. Our room was cleaned everyday. There are several options for beakfast which you order a day before - toasts were a bit too oily for my taste but portions were big and they easily filled us for half a day :) Location is the biggest pros of this place - just a walking distance from the main street and a bus station.
