It’s good if you’re easy.
Pros:

The location is great, on the walking street.
The staff is nice, we needed to check out later and it was no problem.
Every room has a small patio with chairs which is very nice.

Cons:

The room isn’t the cleanest, on the first noght we had to ask for a change of sheets because they were dirty.
There are a lot of bugs in the room- mosquitoes, ants … which is not great.
If you want hot water, you need to shower on the lowest water stream or else it’s freezing

Pros:

Sehr zentral, alles, was man braucht, ist direkt nebenan. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Alles ist vollgeklebt mit Verbotsschildern. Aber keiner hält sich dran! Nachts sehr laut, der Innenhof wird für kleine Partys missbraucht. Alles sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

Отличное расположение - в самом центре рядом с Walking street. Рядом 7/11 и Lotus, прокаты байков. В комнате уютно, есть все, что нужно.

Cons:

Немного шумно вечером, причем не столько от Walking street, сколько от разговоров соседей. На каждой двери висит табличка с просьбой закрывать ее тихо, чтобы не мешать соседям, но вот ночные разговоры гораздо громче хлопанья дверью (но это не вина гестхауза).
Не хватало крючка для полотенца рядом с раковиной. Водонагреватель еле работал.
Если паркуете мотобайк во дворе, то будьте готовы, что рано утром вы никуда не сможете выехать, т.к. ворота открывают после 8 утра. Я из-за этого в первое утро не попал на рассвет в горах, потом парковал мотобайк в переулке и все было ок.

Ok place in good location
Pros:

The location is great as it's very close to walking street. It isn't a necessity to be this close especially if you rent a scooter. They also rent scooters. The room was a decent size. The owner is accommodating; a few times I asked him for something, he obliged. There were some negative reviews online but from my experience it wasnt as bad.

Cons:

The room is quite outdated. The tiles, bedding, and walls could all be done with rennovation. The bed is very hard. The shower takes a while to warm up. I only stayed two nights.
