Goede locatie om de schildpadden te zien
Pros:

De excursie in de avond naar het strand om de schildpadden te zien was heel leuk. Hele vriendelijke gids

Cons:

Hotel is gedateerd. Het is geen sfeervol hotel. Kamers in het hotelgebouw zijn simpel en ook gedateerd. Eten is ok, maar niet echt bijzonder. Prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.

Bien se renseigner sur la période de reproduction, autrement détour inutile

Il serait judicieux de spécifier sur le site les périodes de reproduction des tortues…
On nous a laissé l’espoir toute la soirée, en nous faisant attendre dehors sous une lumière rouge pendant 2h pour au final voir « miraculeusement » deux bébés tortues se diriger vers mer entourées de 50 « photographes »

Totale deceptie: echt veeeel te duur

Belangrijk: check eerst het seizoen!!! Ze gaven ons geen antwoord op de vraag bij t boeken of we veel schildpadden konden zien maar bij aankomst was duidelijk: tijdens t laag seizoen is t een mazzeltje als je er 1 of 2 kan zien… het is overall al compleet overpriced maar in t laagseizoen al helemaal. Als je van tevoren wisten wat we hadden kunnen verwachten, hadden we dit nooit geboekt. We hadden een dure tent geboekt, maar daar komen helemaal geen schildpadden en slechts twee tenten hebben echt uitzicht. Er zijn verder nul voorzieningen maar je moet wel continu met een golfkarretje helemaal omhoog naar je tent. Daar lig je tussen de rotsen, op zich mooi maar met kinderen echt waardeloos. Er is geen zwembad, er is geen speeltuin, er is helemaal niks te doen. Het museum is verouderd en is niet veel. Wij kunnen echt niet geloven dat ze zoveel geld vragen voor wat ze aanbieden. De twee tours die erin zitten zijn op zich leuk en het personeel daar is vriendelijk, maar vergeet niet dat je niet alleen bent. Behalve de hotelgasten kunnen ook andere mensen gewoon een kaartje kopen, dus het is afgeladen met mensen. Bedenk dan hoe het voor die ene schildpad is in het laagseizoen…. Het was bijna ruzie maken voor een foto.
De mensen bij het restaurant zijn heel erg aardig, maar het eten is niet heel erg bijzonder. 12 rial voor het dinerbuffet is aan de prijs, en is niet eens inbegrepen in de hoge overnachtingskosten. Kortom: check het seizoen! En bedenk dan of je dit het waard vindt, en ga er naartoe met lage verwachtingen, je moet echt voor de schildpadden gaan. Niet voor een mooie en fijne hotelervaring.

Situation et priorité à la visite du parc

Cons:

Tarif des tentes assez élevé (et je suis poli). Les tentes sont les unes sur les autres ce qui fait que l'on profite des ronflements et discussions des voisins !!!

An extraordinary experience
Pros:

Very nice staff, good and tasty food. The possibility to see turtles is something exceptional; people’s behaviour during the tours may be questioned. The hotel is old but still value for money is good. If you consider that food and 2 turtle watching tours are included then the price is not expensive at all. We will be happy to come again!

It was clean and ethically built

Cons:

The property and staff were excellent but may I suggest that children under 10 not attend the mothers burying the eggs. In my experience, the children were not under control and were making too much noise. Thank you for a fabulous experience Al Raj , I would love to revisit.
