As above, it was great
Pros:

Everything was great. Comfortable room, beautiful surroundings, and the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

We checked out on Sunday morning and the breakfast was nearly nonexistent, but that was for me a minor hick up. The lotus shopping entrée was 100 met from the hotel so that was no problem. I would recommend this hotel as being lovely looking and comfortable and the people were all so nice.

แอร์ โดยเฉพาะห้อง Family ใช้เวลานานพอสมควรกว่าที่จะเย็นทั่วถึงทั้งห้อง โดยเฉพาะตัวห้องนอน ทั้งๆที่ มีแอร์สองตัว มาจากข้างนอกร้อนๆ ต้องรอสักพักใหญ่กว่าจะห้องเย็น พนักงานช่วยเหลือดี แต่ติดตรงการแนะนำรายละเอียดตอนเชคอินยังไม่มี เชคอินไว พาเข้าห้องไวมาก แต่ขาดข้อมูลเบื้องต้นที่ควรจะจะแจ้งลูกค้า เช่น อาหารเช้า facility , wifi ตรงนี้ ไม่ได้แจ้งเลย เหมือนรีบทำให้เสร็จไปไวๆ แต่ขาดความใส่ใจ
