Hotel Bavaria

The double room we were in was dated, with black stains on the carpet and on the walls, probably the carpets have never been changed. No ventilation in the bathroom. However, it was clean otherwise, but the look of the interiors is old and sloppy and gives the impression of dirty. Hallway was also not taken care of.

Camera rezervată nu avea aer condiționat în condițiile în care afară erau 28 grade ,și în rezervare scria ca este cameră cu aer condiționat.Si mai grav nu au fost prosoape de mâini și de duș .Dimineața ospătarul mi-a cerut sa plătesc o bere cea ce eu nu am consumat-o.,m-am cazat și am intrat în camera fără să consum nimic.

Interieur schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, keine Vorhänge am Fenster, Klimageräte außen recht laut.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel charged an additional pet fee despite previously confirming by email that no extra payment would be required. I also called in advance specifically to clarify this issue, and no additional fee was mentioned!

Later, the staff gave completely different information to the person who made the booking, stopped answering our calls, and took advantage of a woman who did not speak the language well. We felt deliberately misled.

The carpet in the room was dirty, and the shower hose was leaking. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. A formal complaint has been submitted to Booking.com.
